Executive Order 2 Wellness Reporting Requirements
Submit Wellness Reports (EO2 Requirement) bi-yearly. FY27 Q1-Q2 due February 15; Q3-Q4 due August 15.

Step 1 - Download the excel document, please report on wellness programs conducted at your agency between July 1, 2026, to July 30, 2027

Just getting started or haven’t tracked your worksite wellness initiatives? We still want to hear from you. Report participation as best as you can for programs (e.g. health fairs, educational classes, agency competitions, team building events, heritage/celebration etc).
