WorkWell NYC acknowledges the crucial role Executive Leadership plays in sustaining and fostering employee wellness throughout New York City government. The following resources are provided to support your role as an Executive Wellness Sponsor.
Executive Order 2 Wellness Reporting Requirements
Submit Wellness Reports (EO2 Requirement) bi-yearly. FY Q1-Q2 will be due February 15; Q3-Q4 will be due August 15.

Step 1 - Download the excel document, please report on wellness programs conducted at your agency between July 1, 2025, to July 30, 2026

Step 2 - Upload the completed excel document to the WorkWell NYC Executive Order reporting form here
Just getting started or haven’t tracked FY26 wellness initiatives, we still want to hear from you. Report participation as best as you can for programs (e.g. health fairs, educational classes, agency competitions, team building events, heritage/celebration etc).
