​Below are challenges for each of our bucket areas that may help you facilitate worksite wellness initiatives. You are given details about various challenges, your role, and materials to help you get the word out. We encourage you to build upon these suggested activities to make these challenges fun and meaningful to your site.  
 
WorkWell NYC is here to help you promote a healthy work environment. These challenges can be one small piece in that process. They promote community in the workplace targeting an issue facing ourselves and colleagues, isolation and loneliness. You can help create connection while fostering positive health practices! Eat Well Challenges

Healthy Eating 

Encourage your co-workers to give their body some love! The Healthy Eating Challenge encourages staff to eat 3 meals a day for the next 5 days.

Hydration 

Encourage your co-workers to drink more water! The Hydration Challenge encourages staff to drink a glass of water 4 times a day for 5 days.
