Men’s Health Month Digital Fitness Classes

Many men fall short of recommended exercise guidelines. For Men's Health Month, WorkWell NYC invites you to attend our digital fitness classes to build stamina and strength. All are welcome— attend two or more sessions to be entered into a raffle! Check out the classes below:

In the Kitchen - Food is Medicine

WorkWell NYC, in collaboration with Beautifully Fed Food, will host a virtual cooking demo on Wednesday, June 18 at 1PM that highlights tasty recipes with ingredients that supply a powerful punch of health benefits.

Art is Life 2025 Employee Artist Showcase

Check out the talents of City employees at the Art is Life 2025 Employee Artist Showcase starting Tuesday, June 24 at 4PM. The theme of this year’s exhibition is "Life Lessons Learned," which draws on moments of growth, resilience, introspection, and the human experience.
