The Be Well program partners with Thrive NYC to offer programs and resources to support emotional well-being, build resilience, and help employees manage stresses of everyday life.

Help build a workplace environment that supports mental well-being by hosting wellness classes, offering meetups for employees to connect, becoming a stigma-free agency, and promoting mental health resources.

Take action:
• Schedule a yoga, meditation, or self-massage class for your agency
• Sign the pledge and make your workplace a stigma-free zone
• Promote WorkWell NYC’s digital calendar
• Spread the word about the Employee Assistance Program
