Take Action
Our Take Action program is designed to help employees take action to prevent chronic disease and live well.
​
Help employees take action by hosting a worksite flu shot clinic, offering a diabetes or hypertension prevention program, and connecting employees to information about primary care and quitting smoking.
Get involved:

Encourage employees to protect themselves against the flu and get vaccinated. There are vaccine clinics in each of the 5 boroughs. As an Ambassador, you can Request a Flu Clinic at your worksite

Schedule a diabetes or hypertension workshop for your agency

Host a health fair using our Health Fair Planning Guide as a fun way to bring employees together while promoting health and raising awareness of available wellness resources
